welp same here since day one after update. i sent a case report to ubisoft but no reply. free champion mode and i cant even play but dominion. and i dont see in the forums about ubisoft going to fix this soon. also you should send a case report too. but i dont know if they care.

Hi DKong - does this sound like the problem you are experiencing?
[PC] Game stuck on Black Screen
For the users affected, the game would get stuck on a black screen on startup. After disabling the Uplay Overlay in the Uplay PC client via Settings->General-> uncheck "Enable in-game overlay for supported games", these players were able to start the game. We are currently trying to reproduce this problem and are working with the Uplay PC team to find and fix the issue as fast as possible. You can help us by contacting customer support and sharing details on your hardware and software configuration, for example by sending your DxDiag report, in case you encounter this issue as well.
You can contact support here[support.ubi.com] if disabling the in-game overlay does not resolve the issue.

When i did what you said . This game auto-reinstall even i totally installed it . WTF .
Now i just watch this game download again .

NO it's not that, it's a black screen after ROUNDS like reported in the community support forums here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1594258-Black-screen-after-round-finish-1-03-patch
Disabling the overlay doesn't help.
Please we need someone from Ubi to aknowledge this problem and tell us what to do/a fix is comming.
I can't play the game since patch thanks to this bug.

It's Sept and this is still an issue. Ubi needs to issue a response.

I have had this issue for a while as well, and from searching online there's definitely a pocket of people affected. Shame they wont actually get on top of this issue. Worked perfect until that update.
